* We host functions for youth groups, 4H, after school programs. Call for details. The Abby Road Riders youth club is an amazing group of kids who gather together not only to expand their equestrian knowledge, but to get involved in their community as well. Through their participation within the group they are developing leadership skills, communication skills, team building, and a strong social connection with other young people who share their same passion for horses.
This group participates in a variety of activities:
- “The Linus Project” -making blankets for children and babies in adoption facilities
Our friendly miniature horse, Hope, trying to snag a hotdog during the Open House. - Beacon of Light Church in Raymore, MO. -helping serve food to those in need
- Fundraisers: Pancake Breakfast at Applebee’s in Harrisonville, MO.
- Trip to World Championship Horse Show in Louisville, KY.
- Adopt-A-Highway
- “Neighbor 2 Neighbor” -collected canned foods for a ministry in Westport
