About Us

Abby Road Farm was founded in 2004. What started as a 9 stall barn has now expanded to a 29 stall facility with a separate indoor riding arena, lighted outdoor arena, 55’ round pen and a 1 mile riding trail around the 25 acres. Abby Road Farm is conveniently located 3 miles off I49 and North Cass Parkway, just South of Raymore on Lincoln Road.

Abby Road Farm is proud to have received the ASHA (American Saddlebred Horse Association) Breed Ambassador Barn 2017 Champion Award for Region 3. This program recognizes those who help to promote the American Saddlebred by taking the time to reach out and share the breed with those outside our saddlebred community.

We offer professional, experienced staff to guide you in learning the sport of horseback riding. Our riding program provides over 10 lesson horses to help you progress and fine tune skills and continue to challenge yourself.

The facility has participated in many events over the years such as home school group & 4-H events, fundraising events for Raymore Peculiar Public School Foundation and Canine Companions for Independence, Movie Nights for the public, Fun Shows, Mission Services such as the Linus Project and local community church volunteering, as well as educational clinics to create the strongest rider you can be. "Horse riding is much more than playing in a barn and riding a horse. It has given my daughter confidence. As she deals with the daily struggles of high school and all of the related drama, more than once I have heard her state. "Well if I can handle an animal with a mind of its own, I can certainly handle this." And then she goes and handles it.
